We have handled the sales of properties across the entire range, from the mid/lower price brackets up to some stunning country houses. Our work goes far beyond finding a suitable buyer. We can provide many examples where our advice and experience as good negotiating agents have been instrumental in maximising the sale price.
We combine traditional and modern marketing techniques which include advertising your property on the UK's most popular property websites and the most widely circulated and read local newspaper. We also employ a large number of in-house activities including extensive mailing and e-mailing all of which are designed to attract a positive response from our large pool of interested buyers. We introduce each property to our applicants by way of an initial telephone call, urging them to inspect the property at the earliest opportunity. The very next day we contact the viewer to gauge their reaction and feed this information back to the vendor.
