The first meeting will be to confirm your exact requirements and objectives. We will undertake an initial investment analysis to illustrate expected returns over set periods of investment and will agree on time frames in which to proceed.

Search and Acquisition

Armed with local knowledge of the area and markets we set about searching for suitable properties. We are in the fortunate position of not only being able to utilise the extensive range of properties and expertise available from our highly regarded sales department. We have also forged strong relationships with the majority of both local and national house builders, giving us the ability to reserve properties, and even whole sites, from plan prior to them reaching the open market. During the search, we will obviously only be considering properties that have a good letting potential and will advise you on the likely rent achievable, any need for re-decoration or new fixtures and fittings to increase its rental desirability, and estimate costs involved. Offers can then be made on suitable properties.

Letting and Management

As one of the leading Letting Agents in Swindon, our experienced and efficient Lettings Team will ensure that your property is marketed effectively and that suitable tenants are found and vetted.
